GENERAL TERMS

DO NOT use my works for anything in relation with genAI (AI image generators) NFTs, and crypto.

DO NOT use my works for any commercial purposes unless it is a commercial commission

I retain rights to all of my artworks.

A request form can be filled up at the commissions tab.

I reserve the right to decline a commission request.

Completion of commission request will vary from 1 week to 8 weeks after payment has been received and sketch/draft approved. Depends heavily on the complexity of the request.

I may publish commissioned pieces at my social media and portfolio (in lower quality) unless specifically requested otherwise.

All requests will be for personal use only unless discussed otherwise. Please do not use commercially and for profit.

Feel free to ask for updates at an acceptable frequency.

Payments are accepted via Paypal in USD and GCash or Bank Transfer in PHP.

Payment upfront is required for usual commissions.

Larger scale commissions have the option to pay 60% upfront and the rest upon completion.

You have the right to decline a quoted price, no worries.

Pay only through the invoice I will give you.

Prices will be listed in USD. (1 USD = 53 PHP for Ph residents)

Refunds are no longer accepted once payment is received unless I personally cancel a commission request.

COMPLEXITY FEE - Once form is sent and reviewed, I will respond with a quoted price on top of the base price (e.g. background, weapons, custom design outfits, etc.) Otherwise, you will most likely pay just the base price fee.

REVISION FEE - Revisions is free up to three (3) times, +$10 (ten USD) will be charged per extra revision. However, major revisions are only allowable during the sketching process.

RUSH FEE - Specifying a deadline within a week from the acceptance of payment may incur additional fees (unless I feel I can do it with my normal speed) which will be discussed.

ROUGH DRAFT - For Half-body and Full body and Backgrounds requested only. This is to give a sense of what the request will look like. For Approval and sent before invoice.

SKETCHING STAGE - Initial sketch(es)/draft(s) will be sent to the commissioner to be discussed within 1-2 days after payment is received. Major revisions are accepted here (e.g. pose, background, composition, etc.)

REFINED SKETCH - Revised as per discussed. Colors will be blocked out and lighting and overall mood to be finalized (Only direction of light, color, contrast of background to object/character can be revised)

RENDERING STAGE - Finalizing the piece to completion, varying from 1 week to 8 weeks depending on complexity and workload.

FINISHING STAGE - Essentially complete. In this stage only very minor revisions are accepted (e.g. adding vignettes, changing a few, but nothing too major, color corrections, etc.)

Please note this type of request will depend on how you phrase and give references. There will be no major edits here unless discussed otherwise.

ROUGH SKETCHING STAGE - Initial sketch will be sent to the commissioner 1-2 days after payment is received. Subject to minor edits only.

REFINED SKETCH - Revised as per discussed. This will be the final black and white/colored sketch to be sent to the client.

Please note this type of request will depend on how you describe or give a prompt.

It's a no revision, pay what you want style.

CONFIRMATION OF REQUEST - Once the filled up form has been reviewed, I'll get back to you for confirmation.

PAYMENT - An invoice with a minimum of $100 will be sent to you. Additional payment can be added through the tips and will be noted as I work on the piece.

TURNAROUND TIME - 1-2 weeks after payment is received. May vary if there are priority commissions still being worked on.

FINAL ARTWORK - Will be final and sent via email. For personal use only.
